The Archetypes are the few who are many. They are the base entities from which all life in the universe branches. Every living being is a part of, a representation of, and connected to the Archetypes. They are powerful beyond all mortal comprehension and the normal human mind can’t deal with them in their true form. They typically appear as large glowing white beings with a colored aura. To those trained to filter the higher realms they appear as hooded figures to hide their mind bending nature. They very rarely appear in the lower realms except under certain conditions. As vast and powerful as they are, they are merely an aspect of The One.
The Three and The One
First Appearance: Deconstructing Terry
At the heart of all creation and reality are The Three and The One. The One is all life that is, was, and will be. It never speaks because it would destroy any who hear it. Even the Archetypes have never heard it speak. The One is always seen as a large glowing sphere and can cause feelings of wonder and fear in lower beings. Everything that lives is a part of The One. All return to The One.
The Three are golden beings with an unknown relationship to The One except in that they are a part of The One. They act as it’s voice to all who meet them. At times, they act in unison. Other times they act as individuals. It is from these three that the Archetypes spring and from them, all other life. They take a slightly more active role in the Metaphysical Universe than The One, but they still hold themselves on high and let the Archetypes manage the world. While the nature of The One can be understood in the broadest of senses, The Three seem to defy logical understanding.
